- Full-spectrum HR support with focus on HR operational tasks, payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Assisting in new hire on-boarding, including file handling, record creation, and monitoring probation completion.
- Updating employee data on HR systems, ensuring accuracy of data.
- Providing administrative support for various benefits programs ranging from group medical insurance to employee compensation.
- Supporting on HR process improvement projects.
- Assisting with audit requests and regular self-check requests.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- 1-2 years work experience in HR operations in financial services or MNCs.
- Fluent Cantonese. Good command of English.
- Good command of Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
