about the company.

Our client is an MNC bank with a regional presence, they are looking for a HR advisor to join their team. about the team.This role reports to the regional head of HR and work independently for HK local HR operation duties. about the job.HR Operations
  • Responsible for the full employee life cycle including but not limited to HR inquiry resolution, payroll, pension and benefits administration, on/off boarding management and tax & expatriate administration
  • Act as the HR system champion and uphold HR data quality
  • Manage HR vendors and associated invoices to ensure outsourced HR services are delivered at high quality
  • Work closely with Finance team on staff cost allocation and budgeting
  • Act as the HR system champion and perform HR data analysis by creating dashboard or reports
  • Provide support in salary benchmarking exercise and support data analysis
  • Lead annual benefits review exercise

HR Continuous Improvement & Risk

  • Develop a focus and LEAN way of working through continuous HR process improvement to ensure best practices are adopted and are in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all HR operations are properly managed and delivered against procedure and services standard
  • Support reviews on all HR policies and procedures to ensure the branch is in compliance with all regulatory requirements

HR Projects

  • Work with stakeholders to implement initiatives that contribute towards the HR agenda
  • Collaborate and share best practices across the regional HR function
skills & experiences required.
  • 8 years of HR operations experience in banking industry
  • Proven knowledge of HR practices and regulatory requirements is essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people in various functions and levels of seniority
  • Proven number sensitivity and analytical mindset
