    With HQ in Paris, our client is a world famous High-end luxury loudspeaker manufacturer.
    They are currently looking for a well composed, energetic HR&Admin Officer to join their APAC team.

    about the team.
    Their APAC team is a diverse team built around 5 different regions: Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, and China. With Hong Kong being the regional hub, you will be working closely with the APAC HR Manager on local and regional HR, Admin matters.

    You will also be taking business trips to these regions as HR representative when needed.


    about the job.
    • Full-Spectrum HR functions with focus on C&B and Recruitment, with minor duties in T&D and ER
    • Occasionally go on business trips representing HR office to APAC locations to resolve, enhance on different HR&admin matters (if Covid-19 situation allows)
    • Deliver quality payroll for the local group, and coordinate with vendors on outsourced payroll in other regions
    • Serve as contact point for HR enquiries, mainly through email
    • Assist HR manager with recruitment of different regions when needed
    • Assist in organising annual team building events such as company travel, Christmas party (if Covid-19 situation allows)
    • Regular office admin tasks such as office supplies ordering, name cards, etc.
    • occasionally support admin requests of APAC regions
    • Assist in year-end assignments, including but not limited to HR audits, insurance renewal, stock-take etc.
    • Ad hoc HR&A duties as assigned


    skills & experiences required.
    • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
    • 2+ years of all-round HR experience, retail industry experience is an advantage
    • General knowledge in HKEO, candidate with APAC regional employment related knowledge is advantageous
    • Self-motivated and eager to learn
    • Good team player
    • Strong and effective communication skills
    • Proficiency in Google Suites(Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
    • Fluent English and Chinese is a must; Basic(N4) or above level Japanese will be an advantage
