about the company.

Our client is a private equity real estate investment group, they are looking for an HR & Administration Officer to join their team. about the team.This role reports to HR & Admin Head and works closely with the HR & Admin Manager. about the job. Human Resources
  • Responsible for human resources administration including corporate card administration, new hire on boarding arrangement, reference check, seating arrangement, staff exit coordination, update of HRIS on employee data
  • Responsible for staff benefit administration and staff wellness program
  • Responsible for internship arrangement including but not limited to connecting with universities and hiring channels with mentors and students located overseas, contract arrangement, interview, visa arrangement, onboarding and orientation arrangements, etc
  • Assist in performance management process and any HRIS projects
  • Assist in any HR programs including training and development, HR initiatives, HR programs, etc.
  • Actively participate in and organize staff activities to work closely with colleagues and promote staff relations and morale
  • Assist in part-time and temporary staff hire and arrangement
  • Handle work visa and related statutory requirements to ensure compliance of employment requirements in different jurisdictions
  • Work closely with Receptionist and Tea Lady on office administration arrangement including procurement of office supplies/facilities, maintenance and office administration services.
  • Administer tenancy arrangement and payment processing for offices by working closely with the Accounting and Finance team
  • Assist in office renovation and office maintenance arrangement

skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor degree in business, human resources, or related disciplines
  • 5 years’ relevant office administration & human resources administration experience
  • Some experience in office renovation and office project coordination, and HR administration including onboarding, visa application, recruitment arrangement and staff activities/HR program coordination
  • Previous experience in working with multinational and dynamic environment
  • Experience in using HRIS is preferred
