About our client


Our client is one of the largest listed companies, specializing in property investment and development across Asia Pacific. They are currently looking for candidate who has experience in benefit administration and provide support to the HR team.



Job Descriptions

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee files
  • Enroll employees in the company benefits programs including medical, dental, etc.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets related to tracking records
  • Assist in the administration of various employee benefits programs
  • Liaise with external vendors
  • Provide administrative assistance to HR Director with letters, reports, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task as assigned



Job Requirements

  • 5+ years’ proven work experience in HR & Administration field
  • Degree in HR or Business Management or equivalent qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Detail-minded, fast-paced and independent
