A world leading financial services with offices across the globe is looking for a HR & Admin Manager (Global market) to join their young and dynamic team.

about the job.

• Lead the HR team and oversee all HR functions and activities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organisation's objectives and culture.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and career development.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding new hires.
• Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, benefits enrolment, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and deliver HR-related training programs to employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain HR-related records and documentation
• Oversee all-round administrative works, such as office tenancy management, office renovation, office equipment administration handling, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources & Administration or a related field.
• Min 5 years HR Generalist experience in Financial Services / Insurance / Fintech
• Global market exposure is an advantage
• Proactive, detail-oriented, well-organised, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Proficiency in computer skills, office software applications (MS Office), and Chinese word processing.
