About the company

Our client is one of the largest property groups, specializing in property investment and development across the Asia Pacific. They are currently looking for a junior HR & Admin candidate to join their company and provide an all-around support to the team.

Job descriptions

  • Maintain and update HR records
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contract and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • Liaise with external parties, such as insurance vendors
  • Review claims and substantiate documentation
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Assist in any ad-hoc task as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ proven work experience in HR & Administration field
  • Degree in HR or Business Management or equivalent qualifications
  • Knowledge of HRIS is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Detail-minded, fast-paced and independent
