- Explore and identify potential business opportunity and business partners to support our business initiatives;
- Prepare feasibility studies related to development or investment projects, financial performance, timetables, revenue and cost assumptions, internal rate of return, returns of investment and etc;
- Monitor project implementation and performance variances against plan, and provide recommendations and solutions;
- Analyze performance evaluation to support business decisions
- Evaluate and benchmark the performance of our properties and our businesses with the aim to enhance their performances
- Review investment opportunities, including new businesses.
skills & experiences required.
- A good academic degree in business management, finance or related discipline
- At least 10 years relevant experience in hospitality development projects in China or Hong Kong
- Strong communication, presentation skills with proven track record on effective engagement with senior leaders and external parties
- Fluent in English and mandarin
