One of the leading Chinese investment banking about the team.You will be the helpdesk team lead and manage a team of junior support. about the job.
  • Responsible for delivering the remote, on-site and over the phone technical support within the agreed service levels. Including desktop hardware, communication systems, VC system and Banking application software

  • Ensure that all requests from users for assistance are handled promptly and effectively, and if necessary, escalated to the appropriate level

  • Serve as an escalation point for the team and priorities the multiple demands and request from end users

  • Responsible for written reports, emails and documentation of processes and procedures as of when required by either management or for service requirement

  • Manage inventory level of hardware and software

  • Manage the IT Help Desk team and develop policies and procedures internally

  • Work closely with other teams to optimize processes and handle client requests

  • Initiate the process improvement so as to improve work efficiency

skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years of IT helpdesk/ End user support experience in banking/ financial institutions; Minimum 2 years experience in a management or lead position

  • Technically proficient in Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Desktop Support, VDI, Linux/Unix are preferred

  • Proficient in active directory and network account support, basic knowledge in network technology knowledge (LAN/WAN and wireless),

  • Experienced in operating systems and software enterprise
  • Solid stakeholders management and performance management skills; experience in working closely with high level management and senior leaders
  • Hands on experience working in Incident, Problem and Change Management disciplines

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
