Since its opening in June 2011, the Hong Kong Branch has developed to become a progressive bank which offers suitable financial solutions and products to their clients. My client provides banking services covering international trade financing, cross-border business, corporate and institutional financing, global market business, deposit taking and private banking, etc. With a big 2018 planned ahead, my client is looking for strong Helpdesk Supports to join them.

IT Helpdesk Support


Mainly provide IT support and trouble shooting for end users, such as installing, configuring and managing in computer hardware, software and printers. Handling daily system health check, data backup as well as managing IT assets inventory and software licenses.


  • Diploma holder of computer science or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in network support to TCP/IP, LAN, WAN
  • Good knowledge of PC hardware, printer, office equipment, networking and cable patching infrastructure
  • Ability to provide support to Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008 & Windows 7 and various versions of Microsoft Office
  • Organizing, meticulous with problem solving skills and able to work independently under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
