- You will be be part of a team of 3 in the help desk support team
about the job.
- Providing excellent L1 help desk support and assisting trading desk support to on-site stakeholders within the Hong Kong office
- Initiating L2 - L3 incident tickets to follow standard protocol and work issues to resolution
- Monitoring L2 - L3 incident tickets of status and progress to resolution
- Conducting initial support, classification and prioritising activities
- Performing root cause analysis and remediation issues
- Train and educate new/existing stakeholders on applications and infrastructure
- Effective communication on the floor and in-person with different stakeholders
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional tech support experience
- Strong hands-on problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledgeable of operating systems and software and networking principles
- Well-experience in Microsoft products (MS365, Office365, Windows), Active Directory, Citrix and/or others
- Good command in English
