Our client is a well established bank with a strong regional presence. They are looking for an experienced TA specialist to oversee a small sized team for their retail banking arm of the business.
about the job.
  • Manage a team of recruiters to source for the right talent in a timely manner
  • Engage with line managers and HR business partners alike on recruitment strategies and channels to meet their hiring needs
  • Manage the distribution of job requisitions between team members
  • Strategize and plan recruitment activities for experienced and graduate hiring
  • Manage cost, maintain risk and control measures and ensure team adheres to the standards
  • Proactively research and promote best practices and innovative recruitment strategies
skills & experiences required.
  • University Degree holder with minimum 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably coming from in-house recruitment in the financial industry
  • Must have experience in high volume recruitment
  • Strong working knowledge of recruitment tools required
  • Proven supervisory and team management experience
  • Team player with strong customer focus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate with team members and multi-task
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
