Our client is a leading ODM & OEM swimwear manufacturing company. Currently they are hiring a Head of Swimwear to join the team. This is a new headcount and the person will lead 25+ people in the team.

about the job.
As a Head of Swimwear, you will
-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
-Analyse consumer,market environment and/or culture in a timely manner to achieve consistent sales and profit
-Reviewing sales figures to determine which products are most popular or have room for improvement
-Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
-Promote/develop the company’s products/services addressing or predicting customer’s objectives
-Prepare sales contracts and/or necessary documents ensuring adherence to law-established rules and company guidelines
-Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc & Build long-term relationships with new and existing vendors
-Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned

skills & experiences required.
-Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, purchasing or procurement
