As an Head of Supply Chain, you will
...
-Lead and/or participate across teams to plan and manage product life cycle, including launch planning, sustaining planning and End of life management
-Play a key role in ensuring supply availability based on various lead time per product
-Lead process and performance management to optimise inventory availability and In-stock
-Refine and optimise order management processes to accommodate challenges and changes in the business environment
-Collaborate with internal teams such as warehouse fulfilment & logistics on metrics and ensure capacity availability during peak period
-Partner with customer service and external stakeholders to drive on time resolution of escalations.
-Challenge the status quot and adopt a challenger mindset
-Leverage resources, customer feedback and data to drive better upstream decision making and shared values
skills & experiences required.
-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/logistics or other related field preferred
-At least 10 years’ experience in an end to end supply chain position
-Candidates from FMCG/F&B background are highly preferred
-Strong analytical skills and ability to dive deep into details with strong problem-solving skills
-Ability to work cross functionally, and manage the expectations
-Highly credible leader with the ability to influence outcomes on key initiatives
-Ability to respond quickly and to maintain supply for multi-outlet store system subject to substantial trade fluctuations (business and cultural)
-Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning , resource allocation, production methods and coordination of people and resources
-Knowledge of raw materials, quality control, cost and other techniques for maximising the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
