  • Our client is a well-known Hong kong borkage firm, providing Hong Kong and Global Securities Brokerage, Hong Kong and Global Futures Brokerage, Exhibition Financing, Corporate finance and asset management services.

  • Leading a team with 20 AEs to expand client base and cultivate good client relationships
about the job.
  • Illustrate strategic plan for business development to meet sales target
  • Actively expand client base and cultivate good client relationships
  • Troubleshoot in accounts opening and customer requests
  • Monitor AE team performance, provide solutions and coaching
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service quality
skills & experiences required.
  • Experience in retail market of securities and futures is a must
  • Bring in with a team with around 20 AEs
  • Strong clients base and AUM
  • Holders of SFC license Type 1 is an advantage but not essential
  • Fluent in Cantonese, good command of Mandarin and English
