about the team.Reporting to the CEO, you will be managing a sizable retail store team as well as the merchandising team. You will work closely with tech team to ensure the O2O experience is smooth. You are also expected to maintain positive relationships with potential clients (buyers and sellers) to build up the sales pipeline. The successful candidate will carry a strong sales mindset with great leadership and people skills. He/she will have solid network within the buyers and sellers network locally, or even globally.
about the job.
- Monitor existing clientele base, define yearly action plans to achieve sell-in, sell-out and other commercial targets
- Actively build relationships and look for new potential business partners
- Conduct regular store visits, including but not limited to collect clients and product feedback, motivate and coach staff on selling techniques, watches knowledge and clienteling skills
- Responsible for sales analysis, product forecast and optimize sales potential
- Work on retail sales activation plans, promotions and coordinate with internal departments on different store events
- Recruit, retain and maintain commercially profitable relationships with high net worth clients
- Lead and organize watches events to would bring in potential sales to the business and for branding purposes
- Assess local market opportunities to implement a proactive and effective strategy to target and acquire new high net worth clients
- Drive retail sales team in the field towards new business initiatives and sales opportunities both within, and outside of the boutique environment
skills & experiences required.
- 8+ years of experience in wholesale/sale/retail operations/retail sales within the luxury watches sector is a must
- Knowledge and experience in secondary/reselling will have advantage
- Open to candidates who have secondary/reselling luxury leathergoods background
- Passion in luxury watches
- Proficient in English and Cantonese
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Proven track record in driving sales and motivating sales team to achieve commercial targets

- Independent and a team player
