About the company

My client is a premium hospitality brand in Hong Kong and currently, they are looking for Head of Sales.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Engage with high network accounts through strategic sales approach
  • Managing the team, set the strategy, objective, and direction to the team members
  • Developing and establishing a long-term vision and sales strategies
  • Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team
  • Assisting in planning, implementing, and executing sales & marketing plans
  • Planning and development of Annual Sales & Marketing Operating plan, manage the execution, implementation, and tracking of the plans to achieve the overall sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • 8+ years’ experience with managing a team at a senior level
  • Strong Connections on China and Hong Kong Market
  • Experience in the Hospitality, luxury lifestyle related fields
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills
  • Aggressive, high energy levels and sharp focus on the result
  • Fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be a plus
