About our client

My client is wholly-owned by a renowned enterprise based in Hong Kong, providing recreational activities and premium lifestyle services.

With their rapid expansion, the membership department is currently looking for a Head of Sales.

Job Description

You will participate in:

  • Lead generation to identify potential opportunities of high-net worth individuals joining the membership
  • Selling and presenting solutions with effective marketing strategies
  • Creating revenue sources and grow businesses with innovations
  • Account management to maintain existing client relationships
  • Heading customer service and sales teams on a steady performance

Requirements

As a potential candidate, you should be:

  • At least 10 years' of sales experience, leading a scalable sales team is a bonus
  • Corporately presentable with high proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin (trillingual is a plus)
  • Having high-net worth connections, whether from personal or workplaces
  • Bubbly, proactive, well-communicated and with strong business acumen
  • Relevant industry backgrounds, preferably from private jet, banking and finance, well-known international media companies or property firms
