You will be focusing on managing the market leading consumables product within the ethical channels. You will manage the full P&L, business insights, and marketing plans. about the job
As a Head of Sales, you will
- responsible for sales and marketing planning and direction locally
- implement and execute sales planning to maximize the sales revenue and take over the market shares
- manage full P&L responsibility
- provide clear direction and actions plans to the whole operation to ensure smooth and effective workflow
- customize an action plan according to different accounts after reviewing with team members
- provide action plans, cost analysis, and sales forecast
- build rapport with KOLs (especially the O&G and Pediatrics side)
- perform sales review with team members based on channel performance, territory performance, and key account performance
- develop Business planning with customers in order to enhance business growth
- ensure the sales operation are smooth and being in compliance
skills & experience required
- bachelor’s degree in business, science or related field
- at least 5 years of experience in people management within the medical side (Ethical)
- at least 10 years of experience (Sales + marketing)
- strong connection in the O&G and Pediatrics sectors would be highly preferred
- excellent command in oral and written English and Cantonese
- excellent leadership and negotiation skills
- strong commercial sense in the medical aspect
