    Our client is a local leading medical device distributor and they have a broad product portfolio including surgical, consumables and capital equipment. They are now looking for a Head of Sales to manage a team with more than 10 sales with different seniority levels.     about the Team

    Reporting to the General Manager in Hong Kong.

    about the job

    As a Head of Sales, you will

    • be responsible for sales and marketing planning and direction locally
    • manage the full P&L and the business direction
    • implement and execute sales planning to maximize the sales revenue and take over the market shares
    • provide clear direction and actions plans to the whole operation to ensure smooth and effective workflow
    • customize an action plan according to different accounts after reviewing with team members
    • provide action plans, cost analysis, and sales forecast
    • perform sales review with team members based on channel performance, territory performance, and key account performance
    • develop business planning with customers in order to enhance business growth
    • ensure the sales operation are smooth and being in compliance

    skills & experience required

    • bachelor’s Degree in business, science or related field
    • P&L and cost management experience
    • at least 10 years of experience in people management in medical devices field
    • at least 15 years of experience in medical devices field
    • excellent command in oral and written English and Cantonese
    • excellent leadership and negotiation skills
    • result-oriented
    • strong commercial sense in the medical aspect
