    Our client is VC-backed SaaS company, that specialized in the MarTech / E-Commerce sector. Due to the recent expansion, they are now looking for a "Head of Sales" to lead and scale the business with the C-Levels.

    • Build and execute market sales strategy to deliver the company’s growth target
    • Mentor and lead a top performing team of Business Development Managers through consistent feedback, coaching, and performance management
    • Develop new and unique sales tactics to achieve and exceed market sales target
    • Monitor sales pipeline and deal progress to accurately forecast sales achievement on a monthly cadence
    • Partner with marketing to optimise sales collateral and go-to-market messages
    • Act as an ambassador for the compay, attending external industry events and building key client relationships



    skills & experiences required.


    • 15+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally within a SaaS environment
    • Proven track record in exceeding revenue objectives in high growth businesses
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to recruit, retain, mentor, and lead an elite sales team
    • Organized leader with the ability to build innovative sales models and strike a strong balance between critical thinking and tactical execution
    • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
