You will work closely with the CEO to develop go-to-market strategies and be a Sales Leader to own the entire Hong Kong market.

- Developing the go-to market strategy and comprehensive sales plan as well as developing a results-driven system for your sales team to achieve the business goals
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- Managing the sales pipeline effectively, forecasting and managing the end-to-end sales process to close new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
- Building and leading a high performing sales team, setting team KPIs to successfully exceed the revenue targets
