Our client is a reputable food label with decades of history globally. They currently have restaurants and shops worldwide and what makes them extraordinary is the unique selection of flavors and seasonal specials. In order to cope with the business expansions and brand credibility, they are currently looking for a Head of Retail to manage its Hong Kong and Taiwan business.

about the team.Reporting to the General Manager, you will be supported by a sizable team including Retail Managers, Area Managers and Shop Managers. You will also work cross-functionally and cross-regionally with supply chain, marketing, sales and other relevant teams to ensure your strategic initiatives can be executed smoothly. Travel is required due to business needs.

Responsible for the growth of business via driving retail sales, e-platform and operational excellence
Lead and provide expertise in the areas of operations, training, talent development, business development, supply chain & logistics, health & safety, marketing and etc
Establish best SOPs for all stores to follow and ensure positive and consistent customer experience
Create a sales-centric culture which focus on achieving financial goals but not compromising customer service level
Engage in regional meetings across Asia to ensure consistency in operational flow
Consistently encourage innovation and cost effectiveness in the assigned regions
Direct P&L responsibility
Demonstrate ability to develop strategies and the delivery of outstanding business results

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
12+ years of experience in sales and operations within the international restaurant and/or any retail sector
Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required
Regional exposure will have advantage but not a must
Great interpersonal, communications and sales management skills
Ability to work under pressure and multi task
Occasional travel
