A listed and fast-growing prominent property developer in Hong Kong, they focus on developing quality residential apartments in Mainland China with over 20 years of experience in the industry. The company is heavily investing in innovative technology and dedicating to bring smart home and IoT into their current and future residents.

About the role:

As a department head, you will act as a Subject matter expert and an individual contributor to design, plan, develop and execute the innovative and solution roadmap within smart-home and IoT technology to be implemented to the residential property.

• Take full ownership and responsibility for overall project management, setup project milestones, deliverables, risk evaluation, ensure projects are delivered on-time, within the project scope and budget.
• Collaborate with different business stakeholders, upper management, investors, team members and external vendors to achieve project objectives
• Drive and support vendor management (IT solution vendors, SI) from selection, budget allocation, implementation
• Develop detailed workflow and execute project plan in a timely manner while monitoring and tracking the progress

Requirement:

• University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
• Demonstrated professional experience in large-scale IT project management ideally in digital transformation, AI implication, IoT, Smart-city, smart-home, etc...
• Experience in real estate, residential, property, government infrastructure industry is a major advantage
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and energetic working environment
• A problem solving/ solutions personality and drive sustainable results
• Very strong communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin, and analytical personality
• Strong commercial sense and business acumen
