    • You will join a top china-incorporated insurance company that provides life insurance and annuity products.

    about the job

    • You will oversee and lead the department, including the Call Centre, Customer Service Centre, Customer Compliment and Complaint Management Team, Project Team and Policy Servicing Team, to achieve the company's mission and goals.
    • You will ensure smooth operation of all Customer Servicing functions and Policy Servicing processes, full compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to agreed service levels and guidelines.
    • You will continually improve customer service and policy service procedures, policies and standards for the department.
    • You will coordinate and manage customer service and policy service related projects and initiatives.
    • You will identify key trends, benchmark the market and take a leading role to consult stakeholders on matters relating to customer services and customer experience.
    • You will prepare and Implement short-term and long-range plans for the department to best achieve the company's mission and goals.
    • You will coordinate and prepare timely and detailed reports on key performance on a regular basis and operating budgets according to the goals and expenses.

    skills & experiences required

    • You are a Bachelor Degree Holder or above
    • You have at least 10 years working experience in life insurance customer service, policy administration or operations; 8 years managerial experience
    • You have in-depth knowledge in life insurance operations
    • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with organized and logical thinking
    • You are good at both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
