- You will lead the Business Development and Marketing team to achieve the overall sales target assigned to the Health & Benefits line of business.
- You will develop a sales focus culture that promotes cross-selling and up-selling in support of our core Broking business.
- You will lead strategic client engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to clients in your areas of expertise.
- You will identify opportunities to cross-sell new products and services.
- You will contribute to the development of plans and budgets, delivering planned performance assigned and ensuring Hong Kong generates revenue, profit and market share growth in accordance with the Hong Kong budget plan.
- You will coordinate with client management teams to identify, develop and close strategic sales opportunities.
- You will build relationships with internal and external parties to maximize the penetration of key target accounts.
skills & experiences required
- You are strong in new business development
- You have proven ability to generate profitable revenue
- You have track record of success in managing large large client relationships and leading teams
- You have experiences in managing multiple people and projects and producing quality deliverables on time and within budget
