Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will be leading a sizable team including CRM, Branding and Market Insights. You will also collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, product development & innovation teams to ensure the company's marketing efforts are helping it achieve sustainable growth in the market.

Craft strategies for all marketing functions, including CRM, branding, digital and market insights
Develop plans to help establish the brand, allocate resources to different projects and setting short-term and long term department goals
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the department
Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts, such as events, email campaigns, promotional materials and etc
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder in Marketing or any relevant disciplines
10+ years of FMCG brand marketing experience with strong track record in leading a sizable team to achieve short and long term marketing goals
Proven experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, consumer engagement campaigns and CRM
Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required due to the nature of the market
Strong analytic and numerical skills
Enthusiast and strong entrepreneur spirit
