- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive exceptional performance and professional development.
- Drive brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and use these insights to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email marketing, events, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are effectively integrated with sales, product development, and other relevant departments.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the senior management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and proactively apply this knowledge to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably in Banking / Financial Services .
- Extensive experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management abilities with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
