job description

about the company. My client is a fast growing financial institution with the first, second, fourth, fifth and ninth class of SFC licenses. about the team. My client is looking for a experienced lawyer to provide legal support to the business. about the job.
  • You will provide legal and compliance advice and solutions to the management and business units;
  • You will draft and review legal agreements and other documentations in compliance with laws and regulatory requirements;
  • You will manage and handle inquiries and investigation from various regulators;
  • You will work with compliance team on various matters affecting the business;
  • Undertake any other legal and compliance related responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
skills & experiences required.
  • Qualified lawyers with at least 8PQE from reputable law firm or in-house counsel at a leading listed financial institution
  • Experience in IPO and Compliance we is preferred but not a must
  • Good drafting, communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
