Our client, a well-known Financial service group, is looking for a Head of Training and Development to join the senior management team. about the job. This role is to create, implement and maintain a comprehensive L&D plan for global business by product line/ departments. This role works closely with management, HR teams and Business leaders to ensure a quality talent management and development initiatives. skills & experiences required.
  • Master degree in Human Resources, Psychology or communication is preferred
  • At least 12 years of experience in HR-related functions that includes business partnering, leadership development and talent management from sizable financial industry is preferred
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal direction from the senior executive
  • Demonstrated orientation to understanding the business and business strategy
  • Experience in applying talent management process and tools
  • Possess relevant qualifications in managing leadership, management training and culture change initiatives, interpreting and debriefing psychometric assessments are preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
