About the Company

Our client is a well-known FMCG group, who is looking to hire a Head of Learning & Development for their brands.


Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be responsible for the assigned unit, covering Hong Kong and Macau.

Formulating and executing different strategies, you will also be working closely with different BU heads in the business.

Identifying needs and developing solutions, you will also bring the best practices and new trends, to engage and engage the business’ population.

You will also be an ambassador for a culture of customer service, whilst coaching members to enhance their team’s skills.

Skills and Experience Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you must have:

  • University degree holder in Human Resources, or related discipline
  • At least 10-12 years of experience as a generalist, preferably in retail, F&B, FMCG, hospitality, minimum 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
