Participate in leading a team of local and oversea resources (150+ teammates) for project delivery and production support with other managers/team leads in an agile environment
Oversee the project delivery lifecycle, resources management, identify potential project risks & suggest workable solutions
Coach and manage and the team to ensure the design, development, implementation and policies is able to meet the agreed standards and on-time based on industry best practices and guidelines
Leverage your domain knowledge and experience to deliver advisory services in support of technology enabled business change or maintain the business continuity plans with other operation departments
Maintain relationships with existing clients such as ensuring the solutions are audited, service level agreements are met and cost controlled etc.
Involved in further hiring plans and processes for the business growth

Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in project management with client facing and IT consulting firm/professional service/solution provider background; retail or supply chain related project expereince is a must
Strong IT solution delivery management experience and a proven track record of implementing and managing medium to large scale application development or system integration projects with well-known enterprises
Proven track record working as Division Head/Senior Manager or above for managing a dynamic team especially for IT solution/software development with strong leadership skills such as team performance management, prioritizing, decision making and change management
Strong client facing and relationship building experience with strong communication skill
Able to take initiative and predict the potential risks and suggest workable solutions to address the issues
Strong logical thinking to identify the best solutions and actions to achieve the business goals
Ability to translate technical ideas and explain to the senior stakeholders who without technical background
Proficient in spoken and written both Chinese and English is preferred
