- Manage and oversee the HR functions coveringorganization development, resourcing, performance and rewards, talent management, mobility and learning and development
- Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies and provide advisory services
- Work closely with the Global HR team to formulate programme and to foster a diverse, inclusive and engaged culture
- Ensure the compliance with the prevailing HKMA regulatory requirements from employment and compensation perspective.
skills & experiences required.
- 15+ years experience in HR field with 7+ Years in managerial position in banking industry
- Strong project management & analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of HR and Bnaking industry legislation
