Manage L&D projects and initiatives ensuring that implementation is achieved on time and in budget.
Ensure that effective communication mechanisms are in place maximising opportunities for communication and consultation and obtaining buy in and commitment of employees and managers.
Responsible for planning particular L&D programme.
Manage Trainers to ensure effective training.
Collaborate with different stakeholders.

Degree with minimum of 10 - 15 years solid experience in Learning and Development
Highly preferred candidates who is from property / banking industry background
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
