- Lead and manage overall HR department, including budgeting, talent strategy, recruitment, performance management, incentives, risk management, organizational development, and cultural value building.
- Formulate development strategy for organizational talent mechanism, aligning it with group objectives and distributing responsibilities to operating companies.
- Organize and guide various talent mechanism campaigns, driving continuous evolution.
- Develop HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, compensation, risk management, and reporting.
- Supervise HR operations, including bonus approval, recruitment, talent development, and organizational growth.
- Contribute to strategic planning and annual business plans.
- Conduct organizational diagnosis, issue suggestion reports, and drive organizational changes.
- Oversee employee development, talent system construction, and succession planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 12+ years of HR management experience in securities, investment, banks, or financial companies.
- Proficiency in performance management, talent development, organizational design, planning, incentives, and recruitment.
- Strong practical experience and understanding of HR operations.
- Ability to provide HR insights for decision-making and drive organizational changes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and innovation skills.
- Fluent in English.
