What does the role involve?
• Develop and implement the group's HR strategy and policies in alignment with the overall business strategy
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and ensure that the team is aligned with the group's vision, mission, and values
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and benefits packages
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
• Monitorand analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements
• Ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively to all employees and that they are consistently applied across the organization
• Partner with other departments to ensure that the HR function is integrated with other business functions and that HR initiatives are aligned with the needs of the business
What experience do you need?
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience working in a State-owned enterprise or a similar organization at the group level is preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations and experience in managing employee relations and compliance
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
