We're currently partnering with a reputable NGO in finding a newly created Head of Fundraising for their team in Hong Kong.

The individual will be responsible in formulating tailored fundraising strategies targeting the general public or institutional (not limited to) to drive public & community awareness and engagement of both the Organization and its cause. The individual will also be leading a team to plan, formulate and execute the strategies alongside any internal or external cross-team/functional collaboration.

Responsible in formulating sustainable fundraising strategies targeting institutional and general public to grow funds to operate the charity and achieve organization's annual objectives
Collaboration with C-levels to formulate the organization and Team's annual objectives and milestones
Identify, formulate and execute the different fundraising sources (corporates, government, semi-government, private, individuals) to drive potential and existing partnership
Develop end-to-end events to drive fundraising programmes tailored to different target audience
Maintain and utilize CRM (donor) to track, analyze and formulate strateiges on the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns
Collaboration with external communication team to drive organization's public/community brand awareness
Prepare grant proposal and applications for external fund granting institutions
Lead, manage and grow the team to ensure high quality on the delivery of events and strategic execution of fundraising strategies

skills & experiences required.

Degree holder
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in NGO and/or Charities organization
Experience in a leadership position, with cross-functional management
Creative, proactive and results-driven
Strong communication and project management
People-oriented, self-motivating and relationship oriented
Proviciency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is a must
