    Head of Finance, Medical, MNC, HKD1m (exclusive opportunity)

    Our client is a well known medical related company with business across the globe. We are working on a confidential assignment to look for a Head of Finance in the Hong Kong Finance team and mainly focus in FP&A and strategic planning.

    Reporting to the Regional CFO, you will be responsible:

    • Act as the key strategic business partner and work closely with APAC regional finance team and senior management to report the latest financial matter and advise the management to make the right and accurate decision
    • Engage in corporate strategy management and supporting the Managing Directors for making high-quality decisions and future business planning
    • Responsible to lead the local finance team for full sets of accounts, financial statements and closing activities
    • Prepare financial analysis, forecasts, budgets, cash flow, inventory as well as costing reports
    • Responsible for formulating the financial and operational strategies for the Company, and complying with all legal and regulatory requirements as per headquarter requests
    • Business partnering with the other departments/ business units in management; maintain good relationship with all external and internal stakeholders including auditors/ tax consultants/ vendors etc
    • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned


    Requirement:

    • Degree or above in Business/ Finance and Accounting or related discipline
    • Minimum 15 years accounting experience working in medical devices/ manufacturing/ sourcing or sales industry
    • At least 5 years at senior managerial level, with Big 4 experience would be a big plus
    • Qualified accountant with HKICPA or equivalent
    • Good stakeholder management skill and business partnering experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good command in English and Chinese both written and verbal
    • SAP user is preferred
