About the Company
Our client is one of the leading reputable institutions in Hong Kong with sufficient landbank both locally and internationally. With continuous and new project development, they are now looking for an F&B operational expertise to head up their F&B department.
About the Role
As the head of catering services, you will be the lead of managing and developing the F&B portfolio within the organization. Overseeing day to day operations, tendering and identifying potential vendors, managing and monitoring the service standard of existing vendors, formulating and implementing new ideas in the business plan to further improve the operation of the F&B portfolios. You will also be preparing relevant reports and presentations to the executive management.
- Degree holder in facilities, hotel and catering, tourism management or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience within sizable organization in F&B, catering or the hospitality industry
- Presentable and able to work independently; adaptive and able to work at fast paced
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
