About the Company
We are currently working with a prominent international entertainment group that is undertaking an exciting project in South China. This project involves the development of a resort comprising 3 theme parks and a luxurious hotel. Due to their rapid business expansion, our client is seeking a skilled Head of Facilities (MEP) to join their team and contribute to their continued growth.
About the Role
As a core member of this project, directly reporting to the GM, your role will encompass comprehensive project management, overseeing a wide range of aspects including mechanical and electrical facilities, landscape design, engineering construction, and model packaging. In addition, you will be leading and managing a team of over 100 staff members to ensure the seamless operation and management of the facilities, while maintaining strict compliance with laws, regulations, and safety requirements.
About the Requirement
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of engineering project management experience in large mix-used complex, therm park or factory
- Track record of leading a sizable FM team
- Pre-opening experiences is a plus
- Had knowledge of special/ critical equipment management, fire management is plus
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
