Our client, a leading global insurance provider, is currently seeking a Head of Employee Communications, APAC, under their global communications team.

The ideal candidate is an experienced communications professional who will provide strategic counsel, strategy, and support on employee engagement. You will develop and deliver communication strategies to engage all employees, as well as act as a business partner to Human Resources to facilitate their communications to employees. You will analyze country and business strategies, and develop communication plans and execute them through influence and guidance of internal parties.

Requirements

  • 12 – 15 years proven track record of communications experience, with a particular focus in employee communications, internal communications, and employee engagement
  • Experience within insurance, banking, and financial services industry highly preferred
  • Strong in creation impactful employee communication content
  • Experienced in working with regional markets and driving employee engagement across the region
  • Ability to manage the complexities of building and expanding relationships across a wide range of stakeholder groups
  • Ability to understand and operate across diverse cultures, in relations to employee engagements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Full fluency in English
