My client is a well-established business and they are looking for a strategic and visionary Head of Digital Product who will be responsible for leading the digital product strategy for cross platforms.

- Lead multiple teams (tech & business) to define and advocate digital product strategy, roadmap, and user stories for the web/mobile applications & digital transformation projects
- Own and drive the product backlogs and prioritize using appropriate techniques
- Define the business value for each feature added to the product by ROI analysis, prepare acceptance criteria in conjunction with other teams, and support the delivery of these features
- Gather requirements from senior stakeholders to determine the underlying business process required to support the user stories defined and the development of business cases to ensure that there is clarity on the benefits expected and these can be measured clearly
- Utilize data-driven insights via analytic tools to optimize product performance and user experience
- Be obsessed with constant improvement, scalability, reusability, and operational excellence based on the feedback from end-users
- Lead and coach the team for the industry's best practices
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/Business Administration or a relevant discipline
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in digital product management with a focus on digital products especially for web and mobile applications development; also with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products across multiple platforms
- Background of working as Director/Assistant General Manager/Department Head roles and led multiple teams for large-scale projects to support enterprise-level businesses
- Strong team leadership experience and vendor management experience (ideally managed teams with 40+ FTE)
- Proven experience in managing requirements and senior stakeholders, while developing and maintaining an impactful digital product roadmap and backlogs to support its delivery
- Solid experience in using customer-centric approaches to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery of these with internal IT development team, design team, and 3rd party vendors
- Good understanding of UI/UX design methodologies and industry best practices for web/application development
- The ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently across all levels of the business especially influencing business stakeholders especially C-Suite is a must
- Proficient in spoken and written English; and currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit
- PMP/CSM certification is a plus
