- You will lead the team in providing professional advice and outstanding customer and partnership service and to achieve the company objective.
- You will ensure smooth flow in customer and partnership service functions (including service teams for both offices) to support business growth and to provide excellent services to our working partners.
- You will establish standardized guidelines or improvement programs to enhance customer experience at different levels.
- You will develop and communicate key performance indicators to enable senior management to monitor progress in all key life operation aspects.
- You will cooperate with different business units to provide excellent services to monitor the productivity, quality & efficiency of the team.
- You will proactively collect feedback from clients / business partners to identify the area of improvement on retail life operations.
- You will evaluate relevant industry trends, regulatory concerns and competitive environment and work with business partners to implement changes to policies, procedures and processes as necessary.
skills & experiences required
- You are a Bachelor Degree Holder or above
- You have 10+ years of experience in managing customer service center and retail life business
- You are familiar with insurance products
- You are fluent in Cantonese and English, mandarin preferred
