    Head of Campaign Marketing (Branding & Digital) | financial services

    Our client is a leading financial services provider in Hong Kong, providing B2B, B2B2C and B2C financial planning services and investment products. With the successful business model and market share, our client is looking for a seasoned leader to drive the all-rounded marketing campaigns of their digital platforms and strengthen the corporate brand.

    about the team.

    • Report to the Marketing Director
    • Lead the campaign marketing and communications function with multiple associates
    • Sizable and financially strong company

    about the job.

    • Oversee the strategic 360 / integrated / campaign marketing plans and budget / P&L
    • Develop strategic plans to drive the commercialisation of the digital channels (i.e. Website and mobile app)
    • Oversee the annual online and offline branding and advertising campaigns, including events (e.g. roadshows, promotional activities, etc.) traditional advertising (e.g. TVC, OOH media, print, etc.), public relations activities (e.g. KOL, media coverage, etc.)
    • Support and create synergy with corporate branding and communications campaigns
    • Develop and lead the annual digital marketing calendar and strategies, including performance marketing, social media community engagement and content creation, SEO, SEM, paid ads, etc.
    • Oversee the growth (retention and activation) and acquisition campaigns to acquire new users, retain and activate existing users, and develop a sustainable customer ecosystem

    skills & experiences required.

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations or any related discipline
    • 8-12+ years of experience in advertising / branding / all-rounded / 360 / integrated marketing / marketing communications / event management
    • Solid experience and knowledge about the financial industry is a PLUS
    • Knowledge and understanding of insurance / wealth management / investment / pension products would be a big PLUS
    • Solid experience in sizable budget & P&L management is a MUST
    • Solid experience in leading a team is a MUST
    • Excellent stakeholder management, team leading and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
