Our client is a well-known FinTech group providing financial services to customers online. With its successful strategic partnerships in the region, they are seeking for a Head of Audit to further expand its audit function.

  • Manage and expand the Group Internal Audit Department to strengthen the business control environment
  • Perform independent risk assessments for all lines of business including virtual bank, financial services and business operations
  • Provide audit recommendations to mitigate business risks across all entities
  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of newly implemented controls
  • Establish high quality audit standard, codes of practice and procedure
  • Submit quarterly audit reports to the Audit Committee, CEO and COO
  • Work closely with regulators and external auditors
skills & experiences required.
  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
  • At least 15 years' audit experience from banking or financial services sector; prior Big 4 audit is required
  • Strong knowledge in China regulations and working in PRC audit environment
  • Excellent leadership skills, ambitious in managing and growing your own team
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills to collaborate with all levels of business
  • Self-driven, detail-orientated, eager to "think out of the box"
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
