Our client is a highly successful global management company. They are looking for an energetic and ambitious Guest Relations Officer to join their company.

about the role

This is a fast -pasced, orgaised and multi-culture team.You will be assigned to different locations (Hong Kong Island Only) to support the companies' receptionist and admin team. You will need to work closely and provide supoort to your team memebrs.

about the job.

  • Greeting and providing excellent customer service to incoming guests and staff
  • Arrange reservations of conference rooms, appointments and meetings for management
  • Handling and answering incoming inquiries via telephone or email, taking messages, and directing to the relevant people
  • Arrange reservations of conference rooms, appointments and meetings for management
  • Maintain stock and office supplies as required
  • Additional Ad-hoc tasks as required

skills & experiences required.

  • Fresh grad or junior receiptionist are welcomed
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and conversational mandarin
  • A "can do" attitude that enables you to work well in a small team environment
  • Friendly customer service manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality
  • Computer skills with proven efficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Outlook and Excel)
