- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer services to VIP members.
- Address VIP members' inquiries and handle any complaints professionally and promptly.
- Support the company's CRM and marketing activities.
- Manage administrative tasks related to the VIP loyalty program.
skills & experiences required.
- Diploma or above qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience in the luxury retail or hospitality industry.
- Exhibit a pleasant and outgoing personality, along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Display a genuine passion for the luxury retail industry, with prior experience in VIP service highly desirable.
- Possess strong communication skills and an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
