- Maintain a prominent presence and be readily available during service hours to ensure seamless operations and guarantee member satisfaction, with the goal of elevating the overall experience.
- Foster and nurture robust connections, actively encouraging members to return and meticulously documenting their profiles and preferences.
- Take an active role in promoting products and services, with a focus on upselling and enhancing sales performance across a diverse range of offerings like tea, beverages, wine, and art pieces.
- Offer extensive administrative assistance, encompassing procurement tasks, overseeing general operations, and other related responsibilities to ensure streamlined and efficient management.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree holder or above.
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in luxury retail brands, hospitality, or member/ private clubs.
- Command proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
