Our client is a conglomorate in Hong Kong who has the largest loyalty program in Hong Kong. With their massive expansion in Hong Kong, they are currently hiring an Assistant Growth Marketing Manager to join their CRM team.

• report to head of CRM
• join a team of 6-7
• fast-paced and dynamic working environment

• Plan and execute marketing initiative to drive member acquisition and activation for corporate loyalty program
• develop marketing strategies to improve the customer engagement experience
• prepare online and offline materials to engage customer and improve their journey, including different touch points, such as app, websites, edm, social medias, etc.
• coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to prove loyalty program
• conduct research and analysis for campaigns effectiveness, digital performance and ROI
• monitor and control marketing budget and campaign time-lines

• around 4-6 years experiences in digital marketing, marketing programs planning, marketing campaigns analysis, additional knowledge in loyalty program is a PLUS
• excellent project management skills with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• proactive in taking responsibilities, goal-oriented and able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• experiences in planning marketing campaign to engage mainland tourist will be a PLUS
