About the company

Our client is an International Medical and Healthcare companywho is looking for a highly competent, driven and experienced Team /Department Secretary to support their marketing team.

Duites and Responsibilities

  • Provide full scope of administrative and secretarial supports to the team
  • Responsible for calendar management and schedule meeting for team members
  • General administration task to support the team and office, including office management and supplies
  • Preparing and amending business documents (proposal, business planning etc.)
  • Handle and answer daily correspondence for the team members, such as answering phone call and incoming mails
  • Communicate with external customer and internal staff, such as cross-team activities
  • Additional Ad-hoc/project tasks as required


  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in team secretary/admin is essential
  • Previous experience in a sizable MMC firm is required
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and organisational skills
  • A high level of proficiency and knowledge with computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Good command in speaking and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
